Description

The Bosch LSU4.9 Wide Band Lambda Sensor is an ideal sensor for engines running on Unleaded Gasoline. It is both economical and accurate and up to the vibrations, temperatures and extreme air fuel ratios (as rich as .65 lambda) of todays racing engines. This sensor can be used with Leaded fuels however it has as limited lifespan. Approximately 40 hours with a properly tuned engine. It is suited to Methanol and other fuels, however because of its limitation of reporting extremely rich mixtures it is not typically used in those applications.

A Lambda Sensor should still be considered a consumable item. With a properly tuned Unleaded fuel application, replacement after 200 hours is recommended.
