This is a true CDI Coil to be used exclusively with M&W Ignition CDI Units. Each coil is made to exacting standards and is serialized.

For maximum spark efficiency when using a CDI Ignition System, a true CDI Coil must be used. Although it is possible to fire CDI through a conventional Inductive coil, the energy transfer will not be as great as it is with a true CDI coil resulting in less spark energy at the gap and wasted energy in the coil itself.
